Contrast, Ying & Yang, zen.. what else?
During a university course, we decided to face the zen concept in the faucets area. Therefore we did several researches about what the market was offering. We spent a lot of time trying to make it as European culture feels it. We took inspiration from the drops that slide over leaves when it rains and the spiritual gesture of putting hands together to pray.
This was my first experience dealing with this department, but I really enjoyed the different aspects to consider. You have to consider either aesthetic either technology possibilities. In conclusion placed and rendered the faucet in contrast with this sink to recall the always present contrast between the yin and yang. I designed this concept with the collaboration of a friend, and colleague, Alessio Casciano.

SOME examples
We wanted to show our faucet Leaf in an easy way. Leaf is shown in a neutral bathroom but next to a sink that as a completely different concept behind. As you can see, we also tried to show off a possible magazine cover for our Leaf.
